2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

3. How to Request a Return

Do not send any products back without first receiving return authorization.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at Support@RPR24x7Store.com within 7 days of delivery.
7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
9. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, and only if the item has not yet been shipped. After that, it will be processed as a return.
